As a certified strategic foresight expert, I apply scenario methodology, trend analysis, and horizon scanning to help organisations anticipate disruptions before they materialise. My foresight work is grounded in the DragonBear framework — a proprietary analytical lens I developed to track the evolving strategic convergence between China and Russia and its systemic implications for the global order.
